Conditions :

Rental for a minimum stay of 2 weeks

and a maximum of 6 persons.

Rental prices :

    Low season   : May, June and October          : 6 000 €/week

    High season  : July, August and September : 8 000 €/week

These rental prices include : house maid 3 times a week, garden maintenance , Fuel, gas and water supply.

Electricity and telephone  consumptions are to be payed back  to Owner upon receipt of justificatives invoices.

A security deposit of  3 000 euros to be paid . It is refundable at departure after deduction of any damage or loss as well as  electricity and telephone expenses.

The booking is effective after signing of a rental agreement and payment of an account of 25 % ( not refunded ).

The rest + safety deposit not later than 45 days before entrance.

A checking of electricity-meter are made on  entering and departure.
